UrbanVetSolutions does not provide veterinary, medical, or clinical advice of any kind. The reminder content, due dates, and vaccine types shown in the system are provided by the clinic and should not be treated as independent medical recommendations.

Pet owners are strongly advised to consult their registered veterinarian for all decisions regarding their animal's health, vaccination schedule, and treatment plan. The reminder system is a convenience tool — it does not replace professional veterinary consultation.

3. Reminder System Accuracy

The UrbanVetSolutions reminder system sends automated notifications based on dates entered by clinic staff or administrators. While we strive for reliability, we make no guarantee that:

  • Every reminder will be delivered on time or at all, due to factors outside our control (email server delays, WhatsApp availability, internet connectivity)
  • The due dates entered by clinic staff are clinically accurate or up to date
  • The system will be error-free at all times

Clinics are responsible for verifying that reminder dates and vaccine records entered into the system are correct. UrbanVetSolutions is not liable for missed appointments or health outcomes resulting from reminder delivery failure or incorrect data entry.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, UrbanVetSolutions and its team shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the reminder system
  • Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from system downtime or errors
  • Any harm to animals resulting from missed, delayed, or incorrect reminders
  • Any unauthorised access to clinic data caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., phishing, credential theft by clinic staff)
  • Any actions taken by clinic staff based on information displayed in the system
Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by the clinic to UrbanVetSolutions in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Clinic Owner Responsibility

By subscribing to the UrbanVetSolutions reminder system, the veterinary clinic owner accepts full responsibility for:

  • The accuracy of all pet records, owner contact details, and vaccination schedules entered into the system
  • Safeguarding the admin password and staff PIN and not sharing them with unauthorised individuals
  • Complying with all applicable Indian data protection and privacy laws when collecting and storing pet owner information
  • Obtaining appropriate consent from pet owners before registering their contact details in the system
  • The content of reminder messages customised or modified by clinic staff

UrbanVetSolutions acts solely as a technology provider. The veterinary clinic is the data controller responsible for all pet owner data stored and processed through the system.

7. Data Accuracy

All data entered into the system — including pet names, owner contact details, vaccine types, and due dates — is entered manually by clinic administrators or pet owners themselves. UrbanVetSolutions does not independently verify the accuracy of this data.

We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or outdated data entered into the system. Clinics are advised to periodically review and update records to ensure accuracy.

8. System Availability & Uptime

UrbanVetSolutions makes reasonable efforts to ensure the reminder system is available and operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the system.

Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and system updates
  • Third-party platform outages (Google Blogger, email provider, etc.)
  • Internet connectivity issues on the clinic's or pet owner's end
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clinic owners of planned downtime in advance via email or WhatsApp.
